Through a comprehensive second-story addition, we expanded this Rockridge Craftsman to better support the needs of a growing family. The project transformed the original two bedroom, one bath layout into a well-balanced four bedroom, three bath residence, complemented by a junior ADU in the basement. A custom curved staircase anchors the interior, adding architectural character and creating a striking focal point. Careful attention was given to structural integration, layout efficiency, and long-term functionality, resulting in the enhancement of both everyday living and future adaptability. In the bathrooms, sunny tile colors bring warmth and personality, reflecting a vibrant, family-friendly design.
