Millwork

From Raw Material to Finished Form

For nearly three decades, our mill has partnered with builders, architects, homeowners and designers to produce custom millwork with exacting standards and consistent execution.

Our 15,000 sq. ft. shop is built to handle both custom pieces and full-scale production, supporting projects from single components to complete millwork packages.

We take lumber from raw material to refined product through controlled drying, precise milling, custom shaping, and expert fabrication.

Capabilities

Custom Milling & Fabrication

We process rough lumber to precise specifications for a wide range of applications. We encourage projects of all sizes - bring in a single board for surfacing or send us a truckload of wood for moulding. We have set up our shop with the most precise and flexible machinery available to allow access for all while maintaining the precision and care we demand.

Reclaimed Lumber

We are happy to de-nail and saw/shape reclaimed wood into beautiful finish products. We frequently turn reclaimed timbers into custom milled siding, flooring, and paneling.

Custom Moulding

We produce custom moulding profiles tailored to your needs. From historic replication to contemporary designs, we deliver accurate mouldings at competitive prices. Simply send us a drawing or drop off a small piece of your moulding and we will handle the complete process.

Doors / Windows

We fabricate custom doors and windows built for both performance and design intent. We make a full range of door types, from traditional rail-and-stile solid-wood doors to modern wood-slab doors and even large pivot entry doors.

Kiln Drying

With our in-house dehumidification kiln, we can truly offer our clients the full cycle tree-to-millwork experience. Starting from whole trees, we can saw timbers and dry them for long-term stability. We can then turn your dry your wood into wall paneling, casework, and furniture for your home.

Large Timber Milling & Timber Framing

Joinery Structures is uniquely positioned to handle large-scale timber milling and is uniquely skilled in the craft of modern-day timber framing. We can process beams up to 13” x 24” in cross section and up to 40’ in length. Our approach combines traditional joinery techniques with modern mechanical connectors, ensuring lasting performance.
